One Greek Store Return Policy

• You may return most new and unopened items fulfilled by OneGreekstore.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) On all other returns the customer must pay the shipping costs.
• Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not receive a refund.
• No refunds will be given on personalized items.
• If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, you may request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. All exchanges are subject to approval by One Greek Store; we do not guarantee that all of our items can be exchanged for another.
• Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns. This does not include the time it will take to ship the item.
